At Mould King Corp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
